When you have made a payment for your order your should see a confirmation message on screen. You should receive a confirmation email which is an order acknowledgement to the email address you have provided us with to make your order.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch email which contains your tracking number which you can use to track your order. If you have placed your order during a festive season or public national holiday you may experience delays. For International customers please allow up to 14 working days for your delivery to arrive. For any further queries of your status of your order please contact us using the contact form.

If you have placed a recent order, please check your junk/ spam folder as sometimes the confirmation or dispatch email can go into there. If you are still unable to find the confirmation/dispatch email please contact us using the contact form.
