Refunds & Returns

All items can be returned in the original condition within 14 days of receiving of the order and must be accompanied by a completed returns form supplied with your order via any courier service of your choice.

We do not offer free returns. However, we will send out exchanges free of charge for UK customers. Exchanges only apply for the same size or colour.

We would recommend for you to use a tracked service when returning the item and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed. Please note we are not held liable for lost of postage.

Please ensure the returns form is filled out which contains your order number as this may delay in your refund/exchange.

We do not issue refund on underwear/sales items.

For international customers, we do not offer free returns or exchanges. If you require an alternative size please return back your original item and place a new order on our site for the size you require.

Please note If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we will not be able to give you a refund or send out a replacement.

Please allow 3-5 working days once your item has been received back to us to be processed within our team. This can vary depending on festive seasons and bank holidays. To check the item has arrived back to us please retain your proof of receipt.

We will send you an email once your refund/exchange has been processed.

Please allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to show into your account depending on your bank. Once the team have dispatched your exchange request you should receive an email. The exchange should take 3-5 working days to arrive to your address.

You have 14 days to return the item once you have received the item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this date.

Please use the tracking number provided on your proof of receipt where you will be able to see if the item has been returned back to us.

If the tracking number shows we have received your parcel, please check your junk/spam email you may receive the exchange/refund email.

If an email has sent out to you and you have not received within 5-10 working days first check your bank account. Then contact your bank, as sometimes it may take time before your refund is issued. If you have done all of this and you still have not received yet please contact us using the contact form.

Please contact us using our contact form and our team will send you a new returns slip.

Orders made from the 1st December 2020 onwards can be returned until 31st Jan 2022 subject to our returns policy. Please note items on our sale section are non-refundable.
