Order Issues
When you have made a payment for your order you should see a confirmation message on screen. You should receive a confirmation email which is an order acknowledgement to the email address you have provided us with to make your order.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch email which contains your tracking number which you can use to track your order. If you have placed your order during a festive season or public national holiday you may experience delays. For international customers please allow up to 14 working days for your delivery to arrive. For any further queries of your status of your order please contact us using the contact form.
If you have placed a recent order, please check your junk/ spam folder as sometimes the confirmation or dispatch email can go into there. If you are still unable to find the confirmation/dispatch email please contact us using the contact form.
Please ensure the correct address and product information has been entered before an order is placed.
Once your order has been received and confirmation email, we cannot guarantee that your order may change. Our team will try their best to amend your order as long as it has not been dispatched please make sure you contact us using the contact form.
We are so sorry to hear you have received a faulty/incorrect item. Please submit your enquiry into our customer care team using the contact form within 14 days of receiving your order.
The courier service has attempted to deliver your parcel, however there have been unable to including you may have not been in, address was incomplete or they were unable to access you property
If your tracking number shows the item is returned back to sender, please wait for the order to arrive to our address.
Once we have received your parcel, a member of our team will contact you and we will issue you a refund which should take 5-10 working days to show into your account depending on your bank.
